Shipping & Returns

Delivery

For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver your order 1 to 3 working days after you place your order.
For International orders, we aim to deliver within 3 to 6 working days after you place your order.
We will package and post your items to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to the UK is £3.50 using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Delivery to Europe and EIRE is £12.  A signature will be required upon receipt.

Delivery outside of Europe is £15.  A signature will be required upon receipt.

Our Returns Policy

1. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning. 
    
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels still attached. They must be of saleable condition and must not have been worn.
3. Return postage is the customers responsibility. It is adviseable to obtain proof of posting.
    
4. A copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel.
    
5. When we receive the item, we will credit your account or exchange as instructed.
    
6. For sale items and special orders we only offer a credit note or exchange - no refunds will be given.
   
   This does not affect your statutory rights.
